Chai Latte with a difference

This makes a delicious and nutritious pick me up drink, which is perfect for a cold day. You can prepare this in the morning at home and heat it up at  work, it will get you through the afternoon slump! 

Matcha Chai Latte
Ingredients & method (serves 1)

1/2 -1tsp Organic Matcha Green tea powder
1 fresh dates pitted and cut into pieces (or 1tsp Maple Syrup)
big pinch of Cinnamon
pinch of Nutmeg
pinch of Cardamom
200ml of organic soy milk or your choice of milk
100ml of water
Add all ingredients to blender, mix well. Then heat in saucepan and serve.
