Calcium food list- all leafy greens, especially kale, rocket, spinach and watercress, broccoli, celery, cauliflower, sesame seeds, unhulled tahini, raw almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts and sunflower seeds, avocado, wakame seaweed, edamame ( young soy beans yumm), okra, rhubarb, oranges, figs, and kiwi. Also soya milk, tofu and temphe contain calcium.
