How To Return an Item

We do not allow returns unless the item is faulty.  If your item is faulty, your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned.  You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.  Please contact us to arrange a return.

 

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. This includes, but is not limited to, tonics.

Items that are worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges

If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange the item for a different colour.  You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 3 business days Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm.

Carriers

We use Australia Post to deliver our orders.

 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
