These delicious red beauties are in abundance this season. A handful of raspberries will provide you with a boost of antioxidants, good natural source of energy and fibre. Rich in Vitamin C, E, lycopene, beta carotene, flavonoids and selenium to protect your cells from free radical damage. Also other nutrients, B1, B5, B6, folate, calcium and zinc. Add these to your fruit salads, I even add them to my leafy green salads. A handful of raspberries and handful of raw nuts is a perfectly balanced snack.
