I have gone a little nutty lately and been feeling tired at home in isolation so I created this delicious smoothie to give me a lift. Blend these ingredients together-
1 banana
8 raw cashews
8 raw almonds
1 tsp raw peanut butter
1 tsp Maca powder (energy)
1 serve of plant based protein powder
100ml almond or coconut milk
250ml water
Dash of cinnamon
