High Protein Plant based Salad

High protein salad ~ 5min prep for clean eating plant based nourishment. I have been including these sorts of protein into my diet and feeling great from it, less bloating and easy to digest. No I'm not vegan but I am definitely enjoying these plant based options. Serve with some steam veg or stir fry veg or potato salad and leafy green salad. This will keep in fridge for 3 days. Serves 4 approx



Ingredients & Method

1 can of peas drain well

2 can of cannelloni beans, drain well.

1/2 lemon juice

drizzle of olive oil

3 tsp of fresh dill, or 1tsp dried dill

3 mint leaves

sprinkle of salt snd pepper

Combine ingredients mix well and serve.
