Welcome to my online Yoga world! 

Join my yoga tribe each week to explore the benefits of my wellbeing yoga. I have classes available from absolute beginners wanting to try yoga for the first time and then classes for individuals with yoga experience.

Benefits of our virtual yoga -

  • My online studio has an easy to use booking system,

  • Pay for a single class casual visit $15 or purchase multi-pass  2 classes per week for only $15, 1 class per week $10

  • Classes via zoom explore your yoga practice in the comfort of your home.

  • Focus on correct alignment and breath, improving flexibility, building strength, skill, guided meditation and most importantly feeling good.


At my home studio in Margate or you have the option of a live video link session. 

  • A private face to face or online session is a wonderful way to further develop your yoga practice or get started if you are completely new to yoga.

  • I can also help in recovery from injury and illness.

  • I will design a personalised session suited exactly to your needs. I carefully plan out what I need to coach you in so you can achieve your goals, adding value to your home or class practice.

  • This one on one space refines so much about your yoga enabling you to deepen your connection with yourself and discover your body's potential.

  • After a few of these private sessions, you will quickly build confidence and skill, allowing you to feel even better about yourself, your yoga practice, and overall health.
