SEAWEED~ if you’re not already eating it this is why you should- You may have seen this at places that sell sushi rolls & Japanese restaurants. Seaweed is a power house food provided by our ocean contains high amounts of protective antioxidants, Iodine & Tyrosine which support Thyroid function. With boasting amounts of Iron, Calcium, Manganese, vitamin K, A, E and Vitamin B12. Seaweed supports gut health providing fibre & prebiotic compounds that feed our gut bacteria, can reduce cholesterol levels & protect heart. Super food seaweed meal- Abundant Health style
I tell you this combination is so delicious, this meal doesn't look like much but it is very filling and highly nutritious!
Ingredients- 1/2 cup of Wakame seaweed salad
1/2 avocado sliced
1/2 large mango sliced
3 cherry tomato
4 slices of cucumber
Dressing 2 tsp of Tamari or you can use soy sauce
1 tsp of Kewpi mayonaise or whole egg mayo
1-2 tsp of Wasabi paste
squeeze of lemon or lime
stir with a spoon until it's mixed well
Place the mango slices, avocado slices, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and seaweed on a plate, drizzle the dressing over the mango and avocado. When eating this try the avo, mango and seaweed together on your fork all at once, OMG it is a flavour sensation that really works!
